Cancel difficulty: Medium

Woolworths Delivery Unlimited costs $15/month or $119/year. It waives delivery fees on grocery orders over $75. Sounds simple enough, but Woolworths has a reputation for making the subscription hard to find in your account and even harder to notice on your bank statement. Multiple OzBargain users have reported being charged for months without realising they were still subscribed.

How to cancel on the website

  1. Go to woolworths.com.au and sign in
  2. Click My Account (top right)
  3. Click Delivery Unlimited in the account menu
  4. Click Manage Subscription
  5. Follow the prompts to cancel

You can also go directly to woolworths.com.au/shop/myaccount/deliveryunlimited while signed in.

How to cancel in the app

  1. Open the Woolworths app
  2. Tap More (bottom right)
  3. Tap My Account, then Delivery Unlimited
  4. Tap Manage Subscription
  5. Tap Cancel and confirm

If the cancel button isn't showing

This is a known issue. Multiple users on OzBargain have reported logging into their Woolworths account, navigating to the Delivery Unlimited section, and finding no cancel button at all. The subscription details are visible (plan type, next billing date, payment method), but the option to cancel simply isn't there.

If this happens to you:

  1. Try a different browser or clear your cache. Ad blockers can interfere with the page.
  2. Try the app instead (or the website if you started on the app).
  3. Call Woolworths on 1300 969 609. A phone call typically takes about five minutes, most of it on hold. Ask them to cancel your Delivery Unlimited subscription and confirm the cancellation date.
  4. Use Woolworths live chat. Go to woolworths.com.au and click the chat icon. Ask to cancel Delivery Unlimited.
Dark pattern warning

Woolworths doesn't send invoices or receipts for Delivery Unlimited charges. There's no prominent "subscriber" badge in the app like Amazon Prime shows. One OzBargain user reported being charged $15/month for six months without a single email or in-app notification, despite never using the service. If you signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel, check your bank statements now.

After you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll pay standard delivery fees on all orders ($8-$15 per order depending on your delivery window). Your Woolworths account, order history, Everyday Rewards points, and saved lists are unaffected. You can resubscribe at any time, including taking advantage of returning subscriber offers if one is running.

Current pricing

PlanPrice (AUD)Per month
Monthly$15/mo$15
Annual$119/yr$9.92

New subscribers get a 30-day free trial. Woolworths occasionally runs 50% off the annual plan for new and returning subscribers (as recently as January 2026, bringing it down to $59.50 for the first year).

Note that bag fees and service fees still apply on all orders, even with Delivery Unlimited. Woolworths also introduced a $2 surcharge on Sunday and public holiday deliveries in early 2026, which applies to all customers including subscribers.

Is it worth keeping?

Standard Woolworths delivery fees range from $8 to $15 per order, depending on the time slot. The minimum order for free delivery with the subscription is $75.

On the monthly plan ($15/month), you break even at roughly one delivery per month if you're typically paying the higher-end delivery fee. Two or more deliveries per month and it pays for itself.

On the annual plan ($9.92/month), you break even at one delivery per month, every month. If you do a weekly online shop, you're saving $400+ per year in delivery fees.

If you only order online occasionally (once every few weeks or less), cancel. If you're doing a weekly or fortnightly shop online, the annual plan is genuinely good value.

Woolworths Delivery Unlimited vs Everyday Extra

These are two separate Woolworths subscriptions and people often confuse them.

  • Delivery Unlimited ($15/month or $119/year): waives delivery fees on orders $75+
  • Everyday Extra ($7/month or $70/year): gives you 10% off one shop per month, 2x Everyday Rewards points, and other benefits. Does not include free delivery.

You can have both, neither, or just one. Cancelling Delivery Unlimited does not affect your Everyday Extra membership or vice versa.

Woolworths sorted. But that's just one recurring charge. How many others are ticking away on your card?

Most people find 3-5 subscriptions they forgot about when they actually look. Upload a bank statement to Subtracker and see every recurring charge in 2 minutes. No bank login. No manual entry. $12.99 once.
