Cancel difficulty: Medium

Cancel Woolworths Delivery Unlimited from the Delivery Unlimited page in your account: sign in at woolworths.com.au, open My Account → Delivery Unlimited → Manage Subscription, and cancel. If the cancel button isn't there — a widely reported bug — call Woolworths Online on 1800 000 610 or use the live chat and ask them to cancel it. Either way your benefits run until the end of the month or year you've already paid for; you aren't refunded the unused days.

Woolworths Delivery Unlimited waives delivery fees on grocery orders of $75 or more. As of 2026 it costs $17/month or $149/year (up from $15 and $119). It's easy to miss on a bank statement, and multiple OzBargain users have reported being charged for months without realising they were still subscribed.

How to cancel Woolworths Delivery Unlimited online

  1. Go to woolworths.com.au and sign in
  2. Click My Account (top right)
  3. Click Delivery Unlimited in the account menu
  4. Click Manage Subscription
  5. Follow the prompts to cancel

You can also go directly to woolworths.com.au/shop/myaccount/deliveryunlimited while signed in.

How to cancel in the app

  1. Open the Woolworths app
  2. Tap More (bottom right)
  3. Tap My Account, then Delivery Unlimited
  4. Tap Manage Subscription
  5. Tap Cancel and confirm

The cancel button isn't there

This is a known issue. Multiple users on OzBargain have reported logging into their Woolworths account, navigating to the Delivery Unlimited section, and finding no cancel button at all. The subscription details are visible (plan type, next billing date, payment method), but the option to cancel simply isn't there. It's the single most common complaint about leaving this subscription, so if it's happened to you, you're not doing anything wrong.

Work through these in order:

  1. Try a different browser or clear your cache. Ad blockers can interfere with the page.
  2. Try the app instead (or the website if you started on the app).
  3. Call Woolworths Online on 1800 000 610 (Mon–Fri 5am–1am, Sat 5am–10:30pm, Sun 5am–10pm AEDT). Ask them to cancel your Delivery Unlimited subscription and confirm the cancellation date in writing.
  4. Use Woolworths live chat. Go to woolworths.com.au and open the "Chat with Olive" tab; the bot hands you to a live agent in business hours. Ask to cancel Delivery Unlimited.

Whichever route works, note the date and keep the confirmation. If you cancel by phone or chat, a follow-up email confirming the end date is your proof the subscription is actually closed.

Dark pattern warning

Woolworths doesn't send invoices or receipts for Delivery Unlimited charges. There's no prominent "subscriber" badge in the app like Amazon Prime shows. One OzBargain user reported being charged month after month for half a year without a single email or in-app notification, despite never using the service. If you signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel, check your bank statements now.

After you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll pay standard delivery fees on all orders ($8-$15 per order depending on your delivery window). Your Woolworths account, order history, Everyday Rewards points, and saved lists are unaffected. You can resubscribe at any time, including taking advantage of returning subscriber offers if one is running. Because the charge never showed on a receipt in the first place, it's worth checking what else is quietly billing you — a subscription tracker reads your bank statement and flags every recurring charge you'd forgotten.

Current pricing

PlanPrice (AUD)Per month
Monthly$17/mo$17
Annual$149/yr$12.42

Woolworths raised these rates in 2026: new subscribers pay $17/$149 from 17 June, and existing subscribers move to the new rate on or after 18 July. The old prices were $15/month and $119/year.

New subscribers get a 30-day free trial, and Woolworths has been offering new annual subscribers a 3-month free trial on top. Bag fees and service fees still apply on all orders, even with Delivery Unlimited.

Is it worth keeping?

Standard Woolworths delivery fees range from $8 to $15 per order, depending on the time slot. The minimum order for free delivery with the subscription is $75.

On the monthly plan ($17/month), you break even at roughly one to two deliveries per month, depending on your delivery-fee tier. Two or more deliveries a month and it pays for itself.

On the annual plan ($12.42/month), you break even at about one delivery per month, every month. If you do a weekly online shop, you're saving well over $300 a year in delivery fees.

If you only order online occasionally (once every few weeks or less), cancel. If you're doing a weekly or fortnightly shop online, the annual plan is genuinely good value.

Cancelling Delivery Saver (the old name)

"Delivery Saver" was the old name for this subscription; Woolworths renamed it Delivery Unlimited. If you're searching for how to cancel Delivery Saver, it's the same subscription and the same steps above — look for Delivery Unlimited in your account. There's nothing separate still called Delivery Saver to cancel.

Cancelling a one-off order vs the subscription

These are two different things, and the search results blur them:

  • The subscription (Delivery Unlimited) is the recurring $17/month or $149/year charge that waives delivery fees. Cancel it via the steps above.
  • A single delivery order you've placed can be edited or cancelled up to around 6pm the day before its delivery window, from My Account → My Orders. Cancelling one order does nothing to your subscription — the monthly or annual fee keeps coming.

If a delivery fee still hits your card after you've cancelled the subscription, that's a separate order charge, not the subscription. Similar delivery memberships trip people up the same way, which is why guides like cancelling Uber One and cancelling DoorDash exist — the recurring pass and the per-order charge are always billed separately.

Deleting your Woolworths online account

Cancelling Delivery Unlimited does not delete your Woolworths account, and you don't need to delete the account to stop the charges. If you also want the account gone (closing it removes your order history, saved lists, and Everyday Rewards link), that's a separate request through Woolworths customer service on 1800 000 610 or the "Chat with Olive" live chat. Cancel the subscription first and confirm the final charge date, then close the account.

Woolworths Delivery Unlimited vs Everyday Extra

These are two separate Woolworths subscriptions and people often confuse them.

  • Delivery Unlimited ($17/month or $149/year): waives delivery fees on orders $75+
  • Everyday Extra ($7/month or $70/year): gives you 10% off one shop per month, 2x Everyday Rewards points, and other benefits. Does not include free delivery.

You can have both, neither, or just one. Cancelling Delivery Unlimited does not affect your Everyday Extra membership or vice versa.

Woolworths sorted. But that's just one recurring charge. How many others are ticking away on your card?

Most people find 3-5 subscriptions they forgot about when they actually look. Upload a bank statement to Subtracker and see every recurring charge in under two minutes. No bank login. No manual entry. $19 once.
