The fee is worked out as 10% of what you're owed, with a $5 minimum and a $49 cap, paid upfront. Whatever we recover is 100% yours. If you recover nothing by day 45, the fee refunds automatically. Your first case is free once you've unlocked the tracker.

No Plaid. No passwords. We disagree with apps demanding your bank login. Your statement is analysed then deleted, and we keep the subscription data only. The one exception is a charge you attach to a refund case, kept with your consent as evidence. We can't see your balance and can't move money.
